Overview
Sentinel Hazardous Materials Advisory provides subscription-based access to digital content, insights, and advisory resources. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is structured to reflect immediate access to proprietary information.
Subscription Fees
All membership fees (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as outlined below.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing only
- No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate
- Refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of initial purchase, provided:
- No significant content has been accessed or downloaded
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
Service-Based Tiers / Advisory Access
For higher-tier memberships that include advisory elements:
- Fees are considered earned upon:
- Access to premium materials
- Participation in advisory sessions
- Delivery of guidance or consultation
- These services are non-refundable once initiated
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the charge
- Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed and may be granted at the sole discretion of Sentinel Hazardous Materials Advisory in rare or extenuating circumstances.
