All membership fees (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as outlined below.

Cancellation will stop future billing only
No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate
Refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of initial purchase, provided:
No significant content has been accessed or downloaded
After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable

Fees are considered earned upon:

- Delivery of guidance or consultation
These services are non-refundable once initiated

Exceptional Circumstances
